Amersham Honey

Have you seen this bee? She could be one of my girls, visiting the flowers in and around Amersham on warm sunny days. My honey bees are located near Old Amersham and Chalfont St Giles and they are very busy collecting nectar from a wide range of flowers throughout Spring and Summer to make honey. 

My honey is cold extracted to protect the natural enzymes and proteins that make English honey so special. It is lightly filtered to remove any wax or debris, and is a pure unpasteurised natural product.
